A Little time for ME!

Currently I am at the library, I took the day off to do some "me" time. Although it was a nice long weekend, it seemed as though this morning work was not where I wanted to be. I did manage to do my Starbuck's run at 6:15am, which is no surprise, I love that place. However, the line was a little long and it took a while to get a Skinny Latte. But here I am at the library.

11km walk from Hillarys to Burns Beach

Yesterday I went for a walk with five girls from Adventurous Women. We walked from Hillarys Boat Harbour to Burns Beach, then had breakfast at the cafe.

I just love exercising! After 10 years of inactivity, getting fit is the best thing I've ever done...

As most of you know, I have started the Commando Kick Butt Challenge. It's now four weeks in and I've been increasing the amount of exercise I do every week. It's now become so much a part of my thinking that I am craving my training sessions. Each session is an opportunity for me to prove to myself that I can do this and an opportunity to lose inches gained by a decade of child rearing.
